Seaside’s curriculum meets the Florida State Standards; however our rich and comprehensive curriculum goes well beyond the state standards. Our school is guided by the Core Principles of Public Waldorf Education and supports a multicultural approach that includes racial, ethnic and religious diversity.
In addition to the comprehensive academic curriculum, children receive training in instrumental music, Spanish, nature studies, painting and drawing, woodworking (upper grades), handcrafts (e.g. knitting, crocheting, embroidering, sewing), yoga, games and movement education.
